Wear the object KTC SL Connected users HUD. It's by default located on the bottom right of your screen. This object is modify and then you can enlarge or reduce it like you want.
If you do not see the HUD, right click on the KTC SL Connected users HUD object in your inventory and select Edit. Reduce the screen zoom with the mouse wheel, the HUD will appear. Click the blue and/or green arrows (Z and Y axis) to move the HUD at the desired location.
The HUD displays by default the number of connected users (Character icon) with the minimum and maximum recorded. Just click on the HUD to switch to the Linden Dollar rate exchange (Money bag icon) and click again to return to the users number.
Minimum and maximum users values are the same as the current number when you attach the HUD for the first time. You can reset them at any time by clicking more than one second on the HUD. Minimum and maximum recorded users values are preserved if you detach the HUD.
Data are updated every 5 minutes.
The message ‘Data unavailable’ may appear when data can be retrieved from the server. It is followed by an error code. Usually, this occurs in a temporary way. If the problem persists, report the error code to the support.

Like all software, some errors or wrong running may occur. Most malfunctions are caused by incorrect use of the product. If your issue is not reproducible, first, read the chapter about troubleshooting (If existing) before to contact the support. Some malfunctions may be due to Second life, but to a real bug too. If your issue is reproducible, collect all possible informations about your issue like error messages and log and describe step-by-step the operations involved in reproducing the problem. The support will cannot help you if there are no enough details. You can also contact the support just for comments and proposals.
